From walks in the woods to simply taking the time to watch the clouds go by, nature is one of the great therapeutic medicines for people with pain. Gardening is a fun way to get fitter, and even a window box can give your wellbeing a boost. And don’t forget our pets! They not only keep us active, they’re a great excuse (if one were needed) to get outdoors and into the wild!
