Create & Chat

Create and Chat is an informal weekly session where you can come and meet others online who are living with pain. Bringing your creative projects and crafts is encouraged but not demanded – join us for the chat!

It runs EVERY Wednesday at 12.30-1.30 BST just email us for a zoom link below

We invite you to bring your project if you have one, cuppa of your choice and join us for our virtual get together where we can chat, share ideas, learn new skills and get advice and inspiration from each other.

Art and craft doesn’t have to be difficult, it’s about enjoyment and, yes, distraction from persistent pain – so simplicity is ok.  This isn’t about undertaking complex projects unless you feel up to a real challenge. This isn’t just a “hobby” this is more about finding something creative you want to do, like to do, feel no pressure in doing and maybe helps you forget about your aches and pains for a while.

Create and Craft is held every Wednesday and is a relaxed and friendly session, very low key and organic.
