Wellbeing Videos with Opera North

Opera North – Reconnect: Wellbeing Singing Videos.

Back in 2020 the Footsteps Festival worked with the awesome Opera North to produce a series of singing workshops for people living with pain. These were hugely successful (check some of them out in our past events) and proved to have significant benefits for people living with pain.

Opera North have used this experience with their expertise and have produced these fantastic videos to help people access these fun techniques in their own time.
