Video – Book Plug Dr Frances Cole “Overcoming Chronic Pain” 2nd Ed

Frances is an author of several very important books about pain management and is a co-founder of the Live Well With Pain website, which of course is currently supporting and hosting the Footsteps Festival. Its always well worth looking around the rest of the website when you visit. There are two parallel versions, one aimed at Health Care Professionals and the other aimed at people living with pain.

This is a great opportunity to hear how Frances has built up such a breadth of understanding about effective pain management and how you can access and benefit from that expertise and understanding.
