Book Plug Playlist – A playlist of our popular “Book Plug” events from the Footsteps Festival – watch Authors talk about their recent books and enjoy a discussion session with the host and participants.

Active Zone Playlist – A playlist of our movement events from the Footsteps Festival – these are various events ranging from Taster events to our more steady events like The Step and EnJoy. They range from gentle stretching and mindfulness to Pilates – they are all at a gentle level aimed at those who live with chronic pain. Most can be done from a chair.

Sleep Playlist – A playlist of our Sleep orientated events from the Footsteps Festival

Mindfulness and Wellbeing Playlist – A playlist of our Mindfulness and wellbeing orientated events from the Footsteps Festival.
