Laughter Is The Best Medicine!
Life can be challenging, especially when living with chronic pain. While it may seem hard to laugh when
you hurt, it has been said that laughter is the best medicine.
And that’s no joke.
Laughter creates physical and emotional changes in our bodies that can lower our stress levels, reduce
our blood pressure, ease our pains, foster social connections with others, and generally improve the
quality of our lives.
Join Tom for this interactive event and get ready to laugh. He’ll share his passion for positivity and
humour while exploring the importance of laughter and helping you find the funny.
Thursday 20th May at 7.00 – 8.00pm BST
